This Agreement constitutes a legally binding document between you (the "Member") and this App (the "Platform") regarding the auto-renewal and recurring payment service (the "Service"). It defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties. A "Member" refers to any natural person or entity with full civil capacity (such as a business) that has registered through official channels and accepted paid services. Minors must review this Agreement under the direct supervision of a legal guardian, and both the minor and the guardian must ensure that the guardian has given explicit written or verbal consent to the auto-renewal, with the understanding that any payments represent a family decision. This Agreement is a prerequisite for using the Service. Before activation, you must read and voluntarily agree to all terms; activation without explicit consent (e.g., simply checking a confirmation box) is prohibited. Successfully activating the Service through official channels is deemed voluntary acceptance of these terms, along with a commitment to use the Service in compliance and to bear all resulting responsibilities.
1.1 Membership Acquisition
The App's membership is a paid service that can be obtained via direct purchase, official promotions (e.g., limited‑time discounts), or redemption of official gift cards. Membership is a virtual product and fundamentally differs from physical goods. After purchase and activation, if you wish to terminate the service for personal reasons, you have the right to stop using it. However, except for special circumstances such as platform technical failures, canceling your membership during an active period will not result in a refund or any compensation. This provision is intended to maintain service stability; please carefully assess your needs before purchasing.
1.2 Membership Benefits
Membership benefits (e.g., exclusive wallpaper downloads, HD quality, ad‑free experience) are governed by the latest "Membership Benefits Rules" posted on the official website. The Platform reserves the right to dynamically adjust benefits based on operational needs (e.g., resource changes, technology upgrades), which may involve optimizing or redefining certain rules. You can view the latest rules via the official website, the "Membership Center" within the App, or announcement channels. It is recommended that you review the agreement and rules at least once a month to stay informed of any changes and ensure effective use of the service.
1.3 Device‑Specific Limitations
Membership benefits vary significantly across different categories (Basic/Advanced/Premium) and billing cycles (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual), and are strictly tied to the device terminal used. Benefits are not interchangeable between different terminals. For example, Android membership benefits are only applicable to Android devices, and iOS membership benefits are limited to Apple devices. This restriction ensures technical compatibility and user experience; please select the plan that matches your primary device type at the time of purchase.
1.4 Auto‑Renewal Authorization
To protect your membership benefits and prevent service interruption due to oversight, you irrevocably authorize the Platform to automatically deduct the next cycle's fee from your bound third‑party payment account, bank card, or mobile wallet (collectively, the "Designated Account") through certified payment channels before your current membership expires. The billing cycle is as published by the Platform. If a deduction fails due to insufficient balance, account issues, or payment restrictions, the Platform has the right to suspend non‑core benefits or terminate the service after 15 days of delinquency. Fees deducted for services not yet rendered will not be refunded (except as otherwise required by law). Auto‑renewal requires you to securely bind a Designated Account and maintain it in good standing.
1.5 Renewal Timing & Cancellation Window
The auto‑renewal service will attempt to deduct the fee within the 24‑hour period before your membership expires and during any grace period. The renewal becomes effective immediately upon successful payment. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel: Open the App Store → Subscriptions → Locate this app and turn off the subscription.

1.6 Agreement Revisions
The Platform reserves the final right to revise this Service Agreement. Any revisions will be announced on the official website and the App homepage for a period of 7 days. During the announcement period, you may turn off auto‑renewal to avoid the impact of changes. If you do not turn it off after the announcement period and continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms. You must also comply with the "General Membership Service Agreement" and any subsequent platform rules (including announcements, etc.), which together form a complete regulatory system.
1.7 Authorized Channels Only
This service is available only through official platforms (including web, iOS, Android, and mini‑programs). Reverse engineering, bypassing verification, or any other illegal extraction of resources is strictly prohibited. Violators shall bear legal responsibility (including civil compensation and administrative penalties), and the Platform will pursue such violations (including litigation and reporting).
1.8 Expiration of Membership
The membership validity period is as stated in your order. If you do not renew before expiration, all exclusive services (including HD downloads, ad‑free browsing, etc.) and benefits (including points, tier privileges, etc.) will automatically terminate and cannot be restored. You are advised to pay attention to expiration reminders and renew in a timely manner.
1.9 Membership Fees
Membership fees (including tier pricing, benefit differences, etc.) are determined by the operations team and displayed on the purchase interface. By completing any step such as checking the agreement or making a payment, you are deemed to have accepted the current pricing and terms. Please read the fee description carefully before paying.
1.10 Factors Affecting Benefits
Membership benefits may vary due to the following factors: ① outdated App version, ② device system compatibility, ③ hardware configuration limitations, ④ network environment, and ⑤ regional policies. You shall not hold the Platform responsible for any differences in experience caused by these technical factors. It is recommended to upgrade the App/system or contact customer service for assistance.
1.11 How to Cancel Auto‑Renewal
1.11.1 Canceling Alipay Subscription
[Recommended] In‑App Operation: Open this App → Tap the top right 「Settings」→ Go to 「Account Management」→ Select 「Manage Auto‑Renewal」→ Find the corresponding subscription and tap to cancel.
[Alternative] Alipay Operation: Open Alipay → 「My」→ 「Settings」→ 「Payment Settings」→ 「Unattended Payment / Auto Debit」→ Find the subscription item for this App → Click 「Unsubscribe」.
1.11.2 Canceling iOS Subscription
Only method: On your iOS device, go to 「Settings」→ 「iTunes Store & App Store」→ Tap your Apple ID at the top → 「View Apple ID」→ 「Subscriptions」→ Find this App → Tap 「Cancel Subscription」.
2.1 Fee Inquiry
The Platform must provide clear fee inquiry channels for auto‑renewal members. Members can view deduction amounts, times, and other details under "My Orders" or "Account Management". No paper or mailed invoices are provided; electronic invoices can be self‑applied.
2.2 Automatic Deduction Process
According to the billing cycle, the system will automatically deduct the next period's fee from the bound account before the current cycle ends, complete the transaction and record the transaction information on the same day, and simultaneously extend the membership validity period.
2.3 Deduction Errors
If a deduction error occurs, both parties must cooperate in the investigation. Losses caused solely by one party's fault shall be borne by that party; if both parties are at fault, losses shall be shared proportionally. The Platform will communicate a solution in a timely manner.
2.4 Modification of Agreement
The Platform may reasonably modify this Agreement. Major modifications will be announced 7 working days in advance without the need for individual notice; if you object, you may cancel the service, and continued use will be deemed acceptance.
2.5 Implied Consent to Renewal
Members independently decide whether to cancel renewal. If no cancellation request is made, it is deemed consent to the deduction, and upon successful deduction, the service permission is extended.
2.6 Price Adjustments
If the price is adjusted at the time of renewal, the deduction will be made at the adjusted price. Price adjustments will be announced in advance, and the price at the time of actual deduction shall apply.
2.7 Future Activation Fees
Currently, there is no activation fee; however, in the future a base fee may be introduced or standards may be adjusted. Any such changes will be announced.
2.8 Sufficient Balance Required
Members must ensure that their payment account has sufficient balance. If deduction fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons, the Platform may suspend services until the issue is resolved.
2.9 Account Security Responsibility
Members must keep their accounts and payment credentials secure. Consequences arising from personal reasons (such as account theft or leakage) shall be borne by the member. The Platform may suspend, freeze, or cancel the account.
2.10 Prohibited Conduct
Members must obtain the service legally. Theft, intrusion, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or purchase through unauthorized third‑party channels is prohibited. Violators will lose membership status and bear any resulting losses. Serious violations or illegal use will be dealt with according to law (including freezing/cancelling accounts). Dissemination of content endangering national security, pornographic material, or infringing content is prohibited; violators will have their accounts frozen/cancelled without refund.
2.10.1 Accounts disqualified due to violations permanently lose membership benefits and cannot request restoration.
3.1 Effective Date
This Agreement takes effect when the Member clicks to confirm or uses the service (such as browsing, downloading, etc.) and terminates upon a request for voluntary termination or account cancellation. Cancellation must be completed according to the Platform's process (including application submission, balance settlement, etc.).
3.2 Voluntary Termination
Members may voluntarily terminate the service at any time via "Account Settings - Membership Service Management". Once the request takes effect, the Platform will immediately stop all wallpaper‑related services (including resource updates, personalized recommendations, etc.).
3.3 Effect on Auto‑Renewal
Note on auto‑renewal: Renewal instructions that have already taken effect (including those pending processing and those already completed) remain legally binding, and the relevant fees will not be refunded. Any disputes arising from such renewals shall be borne by the Member. Please carefully check your auto‑renewal settings before termination.
4.1 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any party's failure to perform or fully perform its obligations under this Agreement constitutes a breach. The non‑breaching party may pursue liability and demand compensation in accordance with this clause. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the agreed arbitration institution or judicial authority for resolution. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Civil Code and Contract Law. Dispute resolution shall be based on Chinese law. This clause does not exclude the non‑breaching party's statutory remedies, such as property preservation, litigation, or compulsory enforcement.
